Because our products are ingestible and designed for internal use, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on any supplement purchases, whether opened or unopened. This policy ensures product safety, quality control, and compliance with federal regulations.


No Returns or Exchanges on Supplements

All supplement sales are final.
For safety and quality assurance reasons, we are unable to accept any returned supplements, including:

  • Opened bottles

  • Unopened bottles

  • Partially used products

  • Products purchased as part of bundles or promotional offers


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Lost or Stolen Packages

NCI is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package appears lost, stolen, or delayed, we will help you initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.


Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle. Once a subscription order has processed, it cannot be changed, refunded, or returned.
